About the destination: Boston is the capital and largest city of the state of Massachusetts. One of the oldest cities in the United States, Boston was founded in 1630 by Puritan colonists from England and it is still considered the most European of the United States cities. Boston Common and Gardens is one of the city’s main attraction and is the starting point for Freedom Trail, dating back to 1634. This central public park is loved by locals as well as visitors. The Massachusetts State Building, with its gold dome, cannot be missed. It is the seat of the Massachusetts government. Faneuil Hall constructed in 1742, was an important meeting hall. Today there's a market that offers many places to eat and shop. A famous historical neighbourhood of Boston is Beacon Hill, amidst its well preserved streets, you will feel like you've gone back in time. Trinity Church is said to be one of the greatest buildings in the country and is well worth a visit. Worldwide famous and considered to be the world's greatest academic institution, Harvard University offers tours of its campus to soak in the wonderful ambiance. Many important buildings with diverse architecture styles are located at Copley Square. It is also the site of the Boston Marathon's finish line. Boston is the perfect city for history lovers. About the destination: Freeport is a town in Cumberland County, Maine, United States. The population was 7,879 at the 2010 census. Known for its numerous outlet stores, Freeport is home to L.L. Bean, Wolfe's Neck Woods State Park, and the Desert of Maine. Freeport is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine metropolitan statistical area. The town was once a part of North Yarmouth called Harraseeket, after the Harraseeket River. First settled about 1700, it was set off and incorporated on February 14, 1789 as Freeport. It is probably named "from the openness of its harbor" (free from ice).[4] Freeport developed as four villages—Mast Landing, Porter's Landing, South Freeport and Freeport Corner—all of which are now part of the Harraseeket Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

About the destination: Bar Harbor is a town on Mount Desert Island in Hancock County, Maine, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population is 5,235. During the summer and fall seasons, it is a popular tourist destination and, until a catastrophic fire in 1947, the town was a noted summer colony for the wealthy. The town is home to the College of the Atlantic, Jackson Laboratory, Bar Harbor Bank & Trust and MDI Biological Laboratory. Bar Harbor is also home to the largest parts of Acadia National Park, including Cadillac Mountain, the highest point within 25 miles (40 km) of the coastline of the eastern United States.

About the destination: Saint Andrews is a town in Charlotte County, New Brunswick, Canada. The historic town is a national historic site of Canada, bearing many characteristics of a typical 18th century British colonial settlement, including the original grid layout with its market square, and the classical architecture. Although often shortened in non-official sources to St. Andrews, the town's legal name is spelt Saint Andrews, and appears as such on the town's website; St. Andrews by-the-Sea is a brand used for tourism purposes by the local Chamber of Commerce.

About the destination: Shediac is an Acadian town in Westmorland County, New Brunswick. The town is home to the famous Parlee Beach and is known as the "Lobster Capital of the World". It hosts an annual festival every July which promotes its ties to lobster fishing. At the western entrance to the town is a 90-ton sculpture called The World's Largest Lobster. It is believed that chiac, a well-known French accent, was named after Shediac.

About the destination: Caraquet is a town in Gloucester County, New Brunswick, Canada. Situated on the shore of Chaleur Bay in the Acadian Peninsula, its name is derived from the Mi'kmaq term for meeting of two rivers. The Caraquet River and Rivière du Nord flow into the Caraquet Bay west of the town.

About the destination: Percé is a small city near the tip of the Gaspé Peninsula in Quebec, Canada. Within the territory of the city there is a village community also called Percé. Percé, member of the association of Most Beautiful Villages of Quebec, is mainly a tourist location particularly well known for the attractions of Percé Rock and Bonaventure Island. In addition to Percé itself, the town's territory also includes the communities of Barachois, Belle-Anse, Bougainville, Bridgeville, Cap-d'Espoir, Cannes-de-Roches, Coin-du-Banc, L'Anse-à-Beaufils, Pointe-Saint-Pierre, Rameau, Saint-Georges-de-Malbaie, and Val-d'Espoir. Percé is the seat of the judicial district of Gaspé.

About the destination: Matane is a town on the Gaspé Peninsula in Quebec, Canada, on the south shore of the Saint Lawrence River at the mouth of the Matane River. The town is the seat for the La Matanie Regional County Municipality. In addition to Matane itself, the town's territory also includes the communities of Petit-Matane and Saint-Luc-de-Matane. There is a ferry service which crosses the river to Baie-Comeau and Godbout on the north shore as well as a rail ferry service to Baie-Comeau and Sept-Îles.

About the destination: La Malbaie is a municipality in the Charlevoix-Est Regional County Municipality in the province of Quebec, Canada, situated on the north shore of the Saint Lawrence River, at the mouth of the Malbaie River. It was formerly known as Murray Bay. The development of tourism in this area is said to date back to 1760, when the Scottish feudal lords John Nairne and Malcolm Fraser began receiving visitors to the region at their estates. The Manoir Richelieu (currently serving as a hotel) and Casino de Charlevoix are both located in the neighbourhood and former municipality of Pointe-au-Pic.

About the destination: Situated on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, Quebec is a town with good looks and an undeniable French flair. It's got all the attractions you can think of, museums, arts and culture, sports, the great outdoors and it is the only city in North America with its original city walls. Quebec City's main sight is the Old Town, known as Haute-Ville, which is surrounded by a stone wall built by both French and British armies. The Citadelle is the largest British fortress in North America. At 10 in the morning is when the changing of the guard ceremony takes place. The absolutely beautiful Chateau Frontenac is a Quebec City icon. Terrasse Dufferin is a Boardwalk situated alongside the Chateau Frontenac and offers a great view of the St. Lawrence River. Quartier Petit Champlain is a neighbourhood located in the Old Lower Town. It is quite picturesque, especially when viewed from the Breakneck Stairs. The narrow cobbled streets are lined with small shops and cafes. It's a really fun neighbourhood to explore with a camera in hand. The Basilica Notre Dame de Quebec is the oldest church in the Americas north of Mexico. The Museum of Civilization is a great place to learn about the Aboriginal peoples of Quebec. One can't come to Quebec City and not catch a street performance. The city celebrates its performers and you'll often find acts taking place in the town square and parks.
